Booking and Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth experience, please review our payment policies below:
1. Booking Confirmation:
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 40% of the total cost is required. This allows us to start arranging your services.
- The remaining balance of 60% must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled start date.
2. Peak Season Payments:
- During peak periods such as holidays, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. Accepted Payment Methods:
- Online Payments: We accept Google Pay, PhonePe, Visa, MasterCard, and other secure digital payment methods.
- Bank Transfers: Payments can also be made through direct bank transfers. Details will be provided upon request.
Payment Terms & Methods :
- Pay 50% in advance when Trekking is conformed and 50% Before 3 Day of Trekking started.
- 30 % Cancellation Charges.
Service Amendments:
We strive to provide flexibility, but any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to the following:
- Amendments are based on availability and may incur additional administrative charges.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and processing.
While we prefer not to make changes to confirmed arrangements, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability. Please note that amendments may incur administrative charges.
